Rashmi P.

Rashmi P. currently serves as the Director of Customer Success for the APAC region at SugarCRM, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Rashmi was the Senior Director of Renewals for Asia Pacific & Japan at JDA Software from July 2019 to June 2021. Rashmi's career includes significant roles at SAP Concur as Regional Sales Manager for South East Asia, and at NetSuite as Channel Account Manager for APAC. Rashmi also held the title of Renewals Manager for APAC at Salesforce.com and Support Renewal Sales Manager for APJ at Quest Software. Earlier experience includes positions at Genpact, where Rashmi worked as a Subject Matter Expert and a Process Developer, and a role as Senior Research Fellow at the University Department of Management Science.
