Susan T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Susan began their career at Arminak & Associates in 2009 as a Sales Executive, where they acted as a liaison between lead generation, prospecting, and internal operations. Susan also resolved customer issues and maintained knowledge of products and customers. Susan then became a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Arminak & Associates LLC, managing sourcing processes and researching new materials and trends.

In 2010, Susan joined Rieke as a Project Manager, Operations. In this role, they worked closely with Engineering and Project Development to ensure accurate production timelines and support the Sales department.
