Operations & Administration Specialist (athens - Hybrid)

The Sui network is experiencing hyperbolic growth in adoption for its applications in finance, gaming, sports, media, identity, and ESG among many other use cases. We are building a world-class team of Operations professionals who will equip builders, support key partnerships, and drive ecosystem growth.

This role will be hybrid out of our Athens, Greece office.

What you'll do:

• Manage the intake of inbound funding applications, ensuring all required documents and information are complete and accurate.
• Conduct verification steps to ensure potential partners comply with funding guidelines, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare and facilitate the execution of agreements, contracts, and other documentation related to funded projects.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Monitor portfolio project milestone/ payment dates, to ensure projects are on track and payments made on time.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing assistance and guidance throughout the application process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Generate regular reports on funding application status, compliance metrics, and other key performance indicators as needed.
• Apply problem solving skills to develop and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
• Support ad hoc projects or initiatives related to funding operations.

What you'll bring:

• Web3, foundation, growth-stage, accelerator or fund experience preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with a drive towards efficiency.
• You are curious, eager to learn and passionate about helping others. You love and understand technology - especially in a rapidly evolving ecosystem of web3, DeFi, NFTs and crypto.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit to roll up your sleeves and try different things.
• Your written and verbal communication skills are strong, and you are comfortable interacting with projects of all sizes.
• You must be able to work independently and multi-task.
• You are highly skillful with a broad range of software tools including and not limited to Google Suite, Slack, airtable, asana, Telegram, and Twitter
• You love working as part of a winning team - collaborating across multiple functions driving towards a common goal.
• You are a creative problem solver who embraces change and ambiguity. You also have a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Fluency in English.

Our team operates across multiple locations, from the USA to APAC, enabling flexible working arrangements. While we fully support remote work globally, we have adopted a hybrid model in Athens to accommodate meetings and office collaboration. Please note that employees will be required to come to the office for specific days as part of our hybrid model.
