Marcos Andres la Fuente Peña

Marcos Andres La Fuente Peña is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food production industry. Currently serving as Gerente de Planificación y Distribución at Suiza Dairy Puerto Rico since January 2022, Marcos oversees plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Previously, roles included Plant Manager and Supervisor of Industrial Processes at PIL Andina from 2008 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing, engineering, and logistics. Additional experiences include roles in productive development within the government and production management in the paper industry. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Science, Technology and Food Quality and a Master's in Food Science from Universidad Mayor de San Simón, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Boliviana.
