Alberto Cassina

Alberto Cassina has extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Operations Sub-director at SuKarne since April 2017, overseeing 12 sacrifice-deboning plants and managing over 7,000 employees with a production capacity of 530 thousand tons per year. Since January 2020, Alberto has also held a position in corporate operations at Bachoco, where previous roles included Complex Manager and Plant Manager, focusing on the value chain in poultry operations and achieving top productivity indicators. Alberto holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Veracruz, completed in 1998.
