Bob Dowsett

Bob Dowsett, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bob is currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Weil-McLain since July 2019. Prior to this, they held multiple leadership positions at Sullair, LLC, including Director of Operations and Quality, Director of Quality & Sustaining Engineering, and Senior Manager of Product Engineering from 2014 to 2016. Before joining Sullair, Bob worked at SUN Technical Services as a Senior Project Specialist from 2013 to 2014 and at NIBCO as a Senior Program Manager from 2010 to 2013. Bob also served as the VP of Product Development/Operations at Stonegate Designs from 2005 to 2010. Bob's extensive career includes roles such as Financial Advisor at Hilliard Lyons from 2003 to 2005, VP of Rotary Business Development at GAST INC., DIV from February 2003 to October 2003, VP of Engineering & Quality Assurance at Gast from 2000 to 2003, and Engineering Manager at Shepherd Casters in 1995.

Bob Dowsett, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, where they attended from 1978 to 1983.
