Ken Cyr

Ken Cyr is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product design, currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sullair Corporation since May 2012, specializing in large portable industrial air compressors. Prior to Sullair, Ken held positions at Akebono Corporation, where notable achievements include designing components for the MY2015 Ford Mustang rear brake system and leading test engineering efforts on wheel end products. Ken's career also includes significant roles at Robert Bosch LLC, managing testing for wheel end products and developing innovative brake designs, along with early experience as a sales consultant at Gates Toyota and various supervisory roles at Memorial Hospital. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, completing the program over a span from 1990 to 2005.
