Chris is a Senior Accounting and Tax Advisor with Sullivan & Company. He has worked on a wide range of accounting and tax areas in his career including tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, business, individual and fiduciary tax returns, and not-for-profit taxation and accounting. Within our firm, Chris specialties include international tax matters, outsourced accounting for businesses, attestation, special projects for clients, business valuations, and new business start-ups. Chris enjoys working in a variety of different areas and industries. He has helped clients in dozens of industries, located in over 20 states, and several foreign countries.
Chris believes a CPAs main goal should be to solve problems. Whether that is advising clients on changing their business entity type, establishing or changing their retirement plan, changing accounting software, or researching a new tax law applicable to a specific client; Chris believes that the client's problem is his problem to solve. He is always looking for ways to improve his client's accounting and tax situation. He enjoys helping our clients grow in whatever ways possible.
Originally from Waldorf, Maryland, Chris moved to Bethesda in 2013. He enjoys living and working in Bethesda and walking around the city every day. Chris is an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Wizards. He enjoys discovering new music and attending concerts whenever possible. Chris likes to play guitar for fun and will attempt to play music for crowds if there is a campfire around.
