Paul F. Sullivan

For the past 30 years, Paul has provided business accounting, personal tax preparation, personal financial planning, and counseling services. Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience in tax and financial planning for family-owned businesses, business purchases and sales, fringe benefits, pension plan selection and installation, and corporate and personal tax saving strategies. He has worked with businesses in virtually all industries, including construction, government contractors, retail, wholesale, and manufacturing. He also worked with individuals in the areas of income tax preparation and planning, retirement planning, IRS representation, estate planning, and litigation support services. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Estate Planning Council of Suburban Maryland, Inc. He holds an insurance license and a Series 63 securities license.

As an Investment Advisor Representative affiliated with Archer Investment Corporation, Paul provides their clients with enhanced financial services with investments and retirement plans to profile your portfolio risks, perform needs analysis, and perform due diligence on their clients' behalf.

Since December 2002, Washingtonian Magazine has annually recognized Mr. Sullivan for being one of the top accountants in the area.

Paul serves as a volunteer on the Board of Directors and an officer of Mercy Health Clinic in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Mercy Health Clinic is one of the largest free health clinics in Montgomery County, Maryland. Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He has taught many courses in both accounting and taxation at the University of Maryland-College Park and Montgomery College-Rockville, Maryland.
