Alex Bradbury

Alex Bradbury is a seasoned expert in user experience (UX) and service design with extensive experience in founding and directing companies focused on delivering innovative design solutions. As the Founder & Director of FlawlessCX since 2014, Alex emphasizes creating impactful experiences. Currently, Alex serves as a Service & UX Design Consultant for VML COMMERCE and as the Director of User Experience at a Stealth Startup, where efforts center on integrating AI into customer experience and developing recruitment products. Previous roles include impactful consulting for Sullivan & Stanley and VML, enhancing product design for major clients like Ford and the British Council. Alex holds a BA in Design from Goldsmiths, University of London, and A Levels in Design, Graphics, and Business from Peter Symonds College.
