George Tsitouras is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in change and transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group Transformation Director at Sani / Ikos Group since August 2024 and as Change & Transformation Director at Change Autonomics since September 2019, George has a proven track record in establishing business change frameworks and driving transformation initiatives. Previous roles include leadership positions at companies such as TechGenetix, RCK Programme Methods, Sullivan & Stanley, John Crane, Huawei Technologies, Pharmakon Press, Ericsson, and EFG Eurobank, demonstrating a commitment to fostering innovation and operational excellence. George holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and an MEng in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Patras, complemented by education from The Wharton School and IMD.
