Milan Brooks

Milan Brooks has a diverse work experience. They started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Richmond in 2014, where they conducted various research studies on the long-term effects of socioeconomic status on maternal stress, investigated the relationship between brain-based explanations of depression and credibility of treatment, and analyzed the effects of stress on learning in rats.

In 2015, Milan also worked as a Peer Tutor at the University of Richmond.

From 2016 to 2018, Milan worked as a Teaching Fellow at the Department of Psychology, University of Richmond, where they gained experience in teaching and mentoring students.

In 2018, Milan joined the National Health Corps as a Care Coordinator at Barnabas Health Services, Inc., where they coordinated care for patients.

In 2019, Milan joined the Sulzbacher Center as a Medical Assistant, and their current position is ongoing.

Milan Brooks attended the University of Richmond from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience.
