Eeva Turunen

Eeva Turunen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, Eeva worked at Perlos Oyj as a Controller, providing support to the Account management team and overseeing plant controlling. Eeva then moved on to J.M. Huber Corporation in 2005, where they worked as a Controller for the Silica Europe business unit, handling global sales support, financial forecasting, and profitability analysis. In 2010, Eeva joined Ahlstrom as a Business Unit Controller, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling in the Building and Wind business unit. Eeva later took on roles at Ahlstrom-Munksjö, where they served as a BU Controller for various business units, leading teams and managing financial reporting and planning tasks. Eeva's most recent role is as Head HR Finland at Sulzer, a position they started in 2022.

Eeva Turunen completed their Matriculation Examination at Lauttakylä High School from 1992 to 1996. Eeva also participated in a High School Exchange at Kincardine & District Secondary School from 1993 to 1994. Later, Eeva pursued their M. Sc. degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting from the University of Jyväskylä from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 1999 to 2000.
