Elena Gonzalez

Elena Gonzalez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer and Senior R&D Engineer at Sulzer since May 2007, Elena specializes in pilot plant trials involving distillation, evaporation, membranes, and liquid-liquid extraction, as well as the development of pervaporation systems. Prior to this role, Elena gained experience as an Apprentice Environmental Developer at CAPSA FOOD from February 2002 to October 2002. Educationally, Elena holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Process Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo, obtained between 2002 and 2007, and a degree in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental studies from the same institution, completed in 2001.
