Hendrik Hoeltershinken

Hendrik Hoeltershinken currently serves as the Strategy & Business Development Manager for the Flow Division at Sulzer since June 2023. Prior to this role, Hendrik held positions at thyssenkrupp Mining Technologies and FLSmidth as Senior Manager in Transformation & Strategy Development from September 2022 to June 2023. Hendrik’s earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at thyssenkrupp Management Consulting, and a brief stint at the German Parliament's Bundestagsbüro in September 2018. Additional roles include Customer Experience Management & Data Analytics at MHP – A Porsche Company and market research positions at Boston Consulting Group and Porsche Cars North America. Hendrik holds a Master of Science degree from both the University of Bayreuth and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bayreuth.
