Lidia Messellod

Lidia Messellod has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning different industries and roles. Lidia is currently working at Sulzer as the Head of HR Industry and Water, responsible for HR in both Sales and Operations for the Business Units Industry and Water. Previously, they were the Head of Human Resources Operations at Recipharm, where they focused on transformational journey and change management. Prior to that, they held various roles at Xylem Inc., including VP HR Global Supply Chain and VP HR Commercial Team Europe. Lidia also worked at Xylem Water Solutions and Tyco Flow Control in HR managerial positions. Additionally, they have experience at Colomer Italy as an HR Manager and Recruitment Manager. These roles involved recruitment, training processes, and cooperation with personnel administration.

Lidia Messellod studied Lingue e Letterature Straniere at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna from 1995 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Violin from Conservatorio G. Martini - Bologna from 1997 to 2002.
