RONALD RIKHOTSO is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Administrator at Sulzer since February 2021, RIKHOTSO is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, alongside managing network infrastructure and troubleshooting technical issues. Previous roles include Information Technology System Administrator and support positions at Datacentrix, where RIKHOTSO provided first-line support, and Gauteng Department of Human Settlement, where RIKHOTSO evolved from an intern to a junior technician. RIKHOTSO holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from Tshwane University of Technology, various IT certificates, and is pursuing a Project Management certificate from the University of South Africa. In addition to technical skills, RIKHOTSO has also gained experience in customer service through earlier roles in sales and support.
