Brenda Woolcott

Brenda Woolcott is an accomplished Project Manager and Architect with extensive experience in project direction and supervision. Currently serving as Gerente de Proyectos at SUMAC since March 2022, Brenda oversees multiple projects, including the development of new BBVA banking headquarters with various sustainability certifications. Previously, Brenda held the role of Coordinadora de Proyectos at PMS Desarrollo Inmobiliario, managing diverse hotel projects and commercial developments. Brenda also served as Coordinadora de Proyectos at JCC ARQUITECTOS SAC, where responsibilities included design and project management for educational and religious institutions. Earlier experience includes roles in landscape intervention, retail design, and municipal practice, showcasing a robust background in both architectural design and project supervision. Brenda holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and is currently pursuing further education at OBS Business School.
