Connie E. is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the culinary and construction sectors. As the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, Connie E. has established the company as a premier provider of cooking classes and food tours in Mexico City. Concurrently, Connie E. has been a co-owner of Grupo Rexa since 2002, focusing on the construction and sales of industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico. Previous roles include a marketing position at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011, and a senior consultant at Deloitte in 2005. Connie E. holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a Master's in Internet Business from ISDI, among others.
