Marwa Emam

Marwa Emam has extensive experience in organization development and human resources, currently serving as Organization Development Lead at Sumerge since September 2016, after progressing through various roles including Organization Development Specialist, L&D Executive, and HR Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Relationship Executive at QNB AlAhli, where Marwa managed over 20 customer interactions daily, and as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Egypt. Marwa has a background in education as an English Instructor at Berlitz and has held leadership roles in editorial and finance functions at the International Model of European Union and AIESEC Egypt, respectively. Marwa holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cairo University and several certifications, including a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo and a Professional Certified Trainer designation from AUC's School of Continuing Education.
