Joy Thompson-Ball

Joy Thompson-Ball is an experienced pharmaceutical sales and marketing professional, currently serving as a Regional Business Manager at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Joy held the position of Area Sales Manager at Lundbeck, focusing on the Psychiatry Division, and built a sales force for a new addiction treatment product at kaleo Pharma. At Alkermes, Joy achieved significant sales milestones, including President's Club recognition, and contributed to strategic marketing initiatives as a Senior Marketing Manager. Early career roles include positions at Janssen Pharmaceutica and Johnson & Johnson, with foundational experience in sales and management.
