Rebecca Sober

Rebecca Sober is currently serving as Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. since July 2023, previously holding the role of Senior Manager, HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at Sumitovant Biopharma, Inc. as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner & Talent Development, and at Packable as Manager of Talent Development and Employee Experience. Rebecca has extensive experience in talent management, having coached leaders at Cognizant and managed talent development programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
