Sara Baum is a seasoned professional in business operations and sales analytics with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Business Operations at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. since July 2023, Sara oversees a team of 18 sales operations professionals. Previous roles include Executive Director of Sales Operations & Information Technology and Sr. Director of Insights & Analytics at Urovant Sciences, Inc., as well as various leadership positions at Astellas Pharma, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Tap Pharmaceutical Inc., including managing analytics, reporting, and project management teams.
