Linda Arsenault

Linda Arsenault has a comprehensive work experience spanning diverse industries. Linda began their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they served in various roles focused on human resources and performance consulting. With a focus on HR development and management, they implemented global corporate initiatives and executive development programs. Linda then joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield as the Senior Director of Development & Organizational Effectiveness, where they implemented company-wide succession and performance management systems and spearheaded the establishment of competencies at all levels of the organization. Linda later joined Genzyme as the Senior Director of Leadership & Organization Development, leading a global team in designing and implementing development programs for R&D employees. Linda then moved to Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, overseeing the strategic HR planning and supporting business objectives through HR strategies. Linda further expanded on their role at Sunovion as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for both Sunovion and Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings. In this position, they were a member of the Sunovion Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the HR function and serving as an executive officer for SMPA. Linda's extensive experience showcases their expertise in strategic HR leadership and driving organizational development and effectiveness.

Linda Arsenault has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Lesley University. Linda also holds additional certifications, including an Executive Coach Certification from the Center for Executive Coaching and certifications in Leadership Architect, Voices 360, and Interview Architect from Korn Ferry.
