Shawn Lambert

Shawn Lambert possesses extensive experience in the power transmission industry, primarily with Sumitomo Drive Technologies, where responsibilities have included Regional Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Plant Manager Operations, overseeing operations with over $22M in annual sales and leading lean initiatives through process improvements. With a solid foundation in project management, managing multiple large accounts and interfacing directly with customers, Lambert also has a background as Design Engineering Manager, where significant enhancements in department output were achieved. Prior roles at Global Technical Systems and Raytheon involved leading mechanical design efforts and developing various complex systems, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University.
