Andrew Ellsweig

Andrew Ellsweig has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and auditing. Andrew is currently a Director at SMBC Group, where they oversee non-financial risk. Prior to this, they held the position of First Line Risk Senior Director at Citizens, where they were responsible for technology risk activities and regulatory exam management. Andrew also worked as the VP and Head of IT Risk and Controls at Investors Bank, and as a Director at RSM US LLP, where they led the Information Technology Risk practice. Andrew has experience in various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). Andrew has also been actively involved with the NJ ISACA Chapter, serving as the Past President and contributing to the promotion of education and development of capabilities in the field of Information Systems audit and control.

Andrew Ellsweig, CPA, CRISC, CGEIT holds a BS in Accounting with a Minor in Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island. Andrew is also a Certified Public Accountant and has additional certifications including Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
