Saulat Sultan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Saulat started their career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Wazir Ali Industries in 2000. Saulat then worked as a Business Strategy Developer at Shell Oil Company from 2000 to 2002. After that, they were a Consultant at Shell Oil Products US for a brief period in 2003.

In 2004, Saulat joined Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Associate, specializing in Global Infrastructure coverage. Saulat was later promoted to Vice President, focusing on transportation infrastructure and infrastructure funds. Saulat worked at Credit Suisse until 2012.
