Elizabeth Busnick has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Elizabeth began their career in 2008 as the Director of Guest Services and Diet Technician & Kitchen Supervisor at Summa Health System. In this role, they managed two supervisors and 26 employees between a food service and housekeeping team, oversaw customer service, budget management, sales, payroll, scheduling, policy and procedure development, and staff development. Elizabeth Busnick obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Kent State University between 2004 and 2008. In January 2014, they became ServSafe Certified.
