Stanislav Dubinin

Stanislav Dubinin has had a diverse work experience in various companies. Stanislav started their career in 1998 at MTU-Inform, where they served as the Deputy Head of Department for almost five years. In 2003, they joined Electro-com as the Director of Construction, staying there for three years. In 2008, they became the Chief Technical Officer at Summa Telecom, where they are currently employed.

Stanislav Dubinin's education history includes two significant periods of study. From 1978 to 1983, they attended the Moscow Electrotechnical Institute of Communications, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Communications Engineering. During this time, their field of study focused on data transmission.

Later, from 1994 to 1997, Dubinin pursued further education at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Stanislav earned a Master's degree in International Economics.
