Marshall Torre has extensive work experience in the field of community development and planning. Marshall began their career at the City of San Carlos as an Assistant Planner in 1976 and later moved to the City of Marina, CA as the Director of Planning. In 1985, they joined Thompson Development as the Director of Planning and Development. Marshall then worked at Seeno Construction as the Director of Community Development from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 2002, they served as a Project Manager at Braddock and Logan Group. In 2002, Marshall joined Shapell Homes as the Director of Community Development.
