Jamie Cartes has worked in the retail industry since 2010, beginning with a role as Assistant Manager at The Limited. In 2012, they moved to Nautica in a similar role. In 2013, they were 1st Assistant Manager at Coldwater Creek, and in 2014, they became Associate Manager at J.Crew. In 2021, they joined SUMMERSALT as a Customer Happiness Coordinator.
