Sarah Theodore has extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Sarah currently serves as the Head of Finance at Summerset Group Holdings Limited, a prominent retirement village and aged care developer and operator in New Zealand. In this role, she leads a team of over 50 members across New Zealand and Australia. Prior to this, Sarah worked as the Head of Finance at Transpower New Zealand from 2017 to 2022. Sarah also spent 10 years with Macquarie Group, where she held positions including Head of Client Experience (Associate Director) at Macquarie Wealth and Head of Relationship Management (Associate Director) at Macquarie Private Bank. Sarah began her career at Ord Minnett as a Research Assistant and Trading Desk member.
Sarah Theodore has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance and Economics from Deakin University. Sarah also holds an Advanced Diploma of Business in Marketing from RMIT University.
