Elizabeth Kumin

Elizabeth Kumin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sailing instruction, bookkeeping, ski instruction, and development consulting. Currently serving as a Sailing Instructor at Puget Sound Sailing Institute since April 2022, Elizabeth teaches ASA 101 basic keelboat certification and supports club members. As a real estate bookkeeper for JL Leasing, LLC since January 2020, Elizabeth manages finances for a small real estate business. Elizabeth's commitment to education extends to skiing, where as a Ski Instructor, a passion for snow sports is shared with others. Previous experience includes a Capital Campaign Consultant role for Sitka Summer Music Festival, where a strategic capital campaign was developed, and Coordinator, International Giving at the University of Michigan, where innovative outreach to international alumni was executed. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Scripps College.
