Julia Sargeant

Julia Sargeant, PHR, TSC, CSP, currently serves as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Everett Fire Department and as a Professional Alpine Ski Patroller at Summit at Snoqualmie. With extensive experience in human resources, Julia held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Wrench, Inc., where responsibilities included managing benefits, HRIS, performance management, and advising executive leadership. Previous roles include Volunteer Firefighter and EMT at Snoqualmie Fire Department and Human Resources Manager at TableSafe, among others. Julia has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing training at Everett Community College and Tacoma Community College in fire services and paramedicine.
