Marisia Makowski

Marisia Makowski is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Captain for the Phenom 300 E505 at Summit Aviation since October 2022. With a background as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFII) and an AMEL and ASEL Commercial Flight Instructor, Marisia has been self-employed in aviation education since 2014. Previous roles include Captain of the Phenom 100 E500 at Superior Air Charter and Pilot for the King Air 350 at Wheels Up, along with experience piloting the Phenom 100 E500 at JetSuite and various aircraft types at Reno Flying Service Inc. Prior to a career in aviation, Marisia held engineering and sales positions, including as a Sales Engineer at Haws Corp and as a Manufacturing and Project Engineer at Hamilton Company. Educational credentials include bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Finance from the University of Delaware and ongoing studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
