Dwight A. Lacy has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Dwight is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Summit BHC, responsible for overseeing and managing behavioral healthcare facilities nationwide. Prior to that, they served as the Operational Group President and Divisional President at Acadia Healthcare. Before joining Acadia, they held positions at UHS as a Regional Vice President and CEO, where they focused on enhancing patient and employee satisfaction at Millwood Behavioral Health Hospital and Excel outpatient programs. Earlier in their career, Dwight worked as the Director of Financial Operations at AltaPointe Health Systems, Inc., where they oversaw all financial operations, and as the Director of Human Resources at Volunteers of America, SE and Aaron Oil Company, Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for managing employment processes, employee training, and benefit administration.
Dwight A. Lacy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from the University of Mobile between 1991 and 1995. Dwight further pursued their education at Florida Tech University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Administration from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in March 1998.
