Sarah Blechschmidt

Sarah Blechschmidt is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at Summit Care Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Rehabilitation Technician at Rock Valley Physical Therapy from October 2019 to June 2021 and as a Caregiver at Comfort Keepers from August 2019 to May 2021. Sarah's background also includes serving as a Direct Care Professional at THE ARC OF SOUTHEAST IOWA from August 2017 to July 2019 and as a Kitchen Assistant at Imu Catering from September 2015 to July 2019.
