Monica Arce

Monica Arce is an experienced BIM Coordinator and Architectural Designer currently working at Summit Design and Engineering Services since January 2024. Previously, Monica served as a BIM Technician at Lynch Mykins Structural Engineers from July 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included starting new projects in BIM 360, managing 3D modeling in Revit, and producing various architectural drawings. Prior experience also includes a role as BIM Coordinator and Specialist at Edificar S.A., focusing on developing BIM Execution Plans and creating architectural models from AutoCAD drawings. Additional positions held include Project Designer at Arista and Architecture Assistant at Ramirez Fernández Arquitectos, with earlier roles in drafting and municipal engineering. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and completed studies in English at Intensa - Language Institute.
