Julia Chang

Julia Chang is a Project Engineer II at Summit Design + Build, with previous experience at companies such as Mortenson and F.H. Paschen. Julia holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where Julia also completed their Bachelor's Degree in the same field. Throughout their career, Julia has gained experience in preconstruction, field engineering, business development, and teaching assistant roles.
