Claudia M.

Claudia M. has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Associate Learning & Development at Summit Electric Supply since June 2021. Previously, Claudia held roles at Lennox International as Manager of Learning & Development from 2018 to 2021, and at Mayer as Director of Learning and People Development from 2015 to 2018. Prior to these positions, Claudia worked with Rexel Holdings USA, Corp. from 2000 to 2015 in various learning and development capacities, including Learning and Development Manager and Professional Development Manager. Claudia's early career includes roles at PwC and Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, as well as teaching positions in deaf education at Plano ISD and Dallas ISD. Claudia earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Tech University.
