Susan Ramirez has over 19 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from 2002 to 2005. Susan then joined Cigna Corporation, where they held several positions, including Accounting Specialist, Quality Senior Specialist/Manager, and Financial Reporting Manager. During their time at Cigna, Susan managed GAAP monthly general ledger, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as SOX compliance for 3 Holding Companies. Susan also established and led various Six Sigma projects that resulted in increased productivity and reduced expenses. In 2015, Susan joined Mechanics Bank as the Director of Financial Reporting, where they were responsible for managing financial reporting requirements, including external, international, and internal management reporting. Susan also supervised regulatory reporting and ensured compliance with regulations. Since February 2021, Susan has been serving as the Director of Finance at Summit Funding, Inc.

Susan Ramirez CPA MBA received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University in 2002. Susan then obtained their Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification from the PA State Board of Accountancy in 2003. In 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Strategy from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management.
