Carolyn Jacobs is the Chief Quality Officer at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center since July 2002. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked as the Sr. Manager of Hyperbaric Services at Curative Health from 1998 to 2002. Carolyn holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the College of St. Francis, earned in 1996, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University.
