Craig Austin

Craig Austin is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Market Director of Operations at Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. since June 2019, Craig also holds the position of Area General Manager at Residence Inn - Charlotte Uptown/Dunhill Hotel. Previous roles include General Manager for multiple hotels under McKibbon Hospitality and SREE Hotels, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing all hotel operations and managing various departments. Craig began their career in hospitality as a Guest Services Manager at Summit Hospitality and served as Assistant General Manager at HGM Hotels. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
