Carissa Krodel

Carissa Krodel started their work experience in 2009 at Dillards as a Sales Manager, where they supervised a team of sales representatives and managed customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. In 2011, they joined Full Sail University as an Online Admissions Representative, conducting interviews and building relationships with students to guide them towards success. Carissa then served as an Online Student Liaison, providing support and guidance to undergraduate and graduate degree students. From 2018 to 2022, Carissa worked as a Senior Student Liaison at Full Sail University, assisting in workflow management, process development, and training while providing excellent customer service. Currently, they hold the role of Account Manager at Summit Hosting - Secure Cloud Hosting, and will soon become the Director of Account Management.

Carissa Krodel completed their education in a chronological order. Carissa attended Lyman High School from 2000 to 2004, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Carissa then pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Valencia College, attending from 2004 to 2007. Following that, Carissa enrolled at Florida State University from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Sciences, with a focus on Retail Merchandising and Management. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in January 2022.
