Tami Hoar

Tami Hoar serves as the Executive Director of Summit Independent Living since May 2022, leading a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing independence and self-confidence for individuals with disabilities through various services. Prior to this role, Tami worked at Disability Rights Montana as an Investigator/Advocate for a few months in early 2022 and spent five years as Personnel Manager at Town Pump Company. Tami holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Montana.
