Mandy Jesser

Mandy Jesser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mandy began their career as an English Instructor at Front Range Community College in 2005, where they focused on teaching writing and communication skills using a curriculum centered on social justice. In 2008, they transitioned to the banking industry as a Private Banking Officer at First Western Trust Bank, where they provided exceptional customer service to high net-worth clients and led training and sales initiatives. Mandy then joined First Western Financial as a Client Experience Coordinator in 2012. In 2013, they became the Manager of Learning and Development at First Western Trust, where they created the training curriculum, facilitated trainings, managed onboarding, and developed cultural initiatives. Mandy later took on the role of Sales Services and Support Specialist before leaving in 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they held positions as the VP of Learning & Leadership Development and Director of Human Capital at InBank. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at Summit Materials.

Mandy Jesser completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature at the University of Northern Colorado from 2003 to 2005. Mandy also obtained the Extended DISC Certified Professional certification from Extended DISC® powered by FinxS® in 2023.
