Jason Whittle

Jason Whittle is an experienced ecologist with a comprehensive background in managing and restoring native ecosystems, particularly through roles in various environmental consulting and park organizations. Currently serving as Chief Science Officer at Summit Ecological Consulting and a Casual Biologist at Summit Metro Parks, Jason has also held positions as Senior Ecologist at TRC Companies, Inc. and Ecologist/Bat Biologist at URS Corporation. Previous roles include Park Biologist and Natural Resources Management Intern, where Jason focused on ecological health evaluations and resource management across significant parkland. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Akron, Jason's expertise encompasses endangered species coordination, jurisdictional resource delineations, and environmental regulatory consulting.
