Jeff Wood has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Summit Ministries, where they are responsible for support services including finance, information technology, human resources, facilities, and strategy management. Jeff is also leading the implementation of enterprise resource planning software. Prior to this, Jeff was the President of Woodcabin Group LLC, a consulting business providing strategy management and financial management services for non-profit organizations. Jeff also provided tax services to individuals. Before that, they worked at Compassion International, starting as the Controller and then progressing to Vice President of Information Technology and Corporate Planning, Vice President of Information Technology, Sr Vice-President of Ministry Services, and finally, Sr Vice-President of Solution Design and Deployment. In these roles, they oversaw various internal support functions, restructured service functions, and drove business process reengineering efforts. Jeff started their career at Christian Service Brigade as Treasurer and Chief Administrative Officer.

Jeff Wood received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Wheaton College, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. In 1987, they pursued Graduate Studies in Business Administration and Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their degree in 1989.

Notably, Jeff Wood also obtained a certification as a Stanford Certified Project Manager from Stanford Graduate School of Business in September 2002.
