Susan Nordberg has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan started as a Radiologic Technologist - Supervisor at Sacred Hearth Hospital in 1985 and worked there until 1990. Susan then worked as a Radiation Therapist at Allina Health from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they worked as a Medical Dosimetrist at Allina Health from 1995 to 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they served as a Practice Administrator at MN Oncology Maplewood Cancer Center. Susan then joined Allina Health in 2011 and held various roles, including Director Clinical Service Line development and Director Operations at Virginia Piper Cancer Institute until 2017. Currently, they are working as the Vice President Clinic Services at Summit Orthopedics since November 2017.

Susan Nordberg holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis. Susan also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts from the same university. Additionally, Susan has National Board Certification in Medical Dosimetry from the University of Minnesota, where they also obtained National Board Certification in Radiation Therapy. Susan further holds National Board Certification in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from the Sacred Heart Hospital School of Radiologic Technology.
