Annmarie van der Pluijm

Annmarie (Hamel) van der Pluijm has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as a Recruiter and Talent Specialist at Summit Partners since December 2018. Prior to this role, Annmarie held various positions, including Talent & Recruiting Coordinator and Executive Assistant at a hedge fund. At Decision Resources Group, Annmarie worked as a Data Delivery Operations Coordinator and Special Projects Coordinator. Earlier positions include a part-time hostess at Rudis of Portsmouth while studying full-time at the University of New Hampshire, where Annmarie also contributed as a Campus Correspondent, UNH Contributing Writer, and Social Media Head for Their Campus Media. Additionally, Annmarie gained internship experience with SAP in Global Communications, ESPN NH in Sales/Advertising, and held service roles at Bracketts Oceanview and Sundays Ice Cream. Annmarie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of New Hampshire in 2016 after graduating from Rockport High School in 2012.
